At Davidson Safety Solutions we take your safety seriously. That's why we have the latest and most advanced respirator fit tester on the market.
Other companies use out dated methods such as the hooded mist spray technique. This type of method is not preferred by most clients as this relies on the worker's honesty as to whether the respirator fits, there's no valid way of proving the respirator actually fits the worker.
The Quantifit uses negative air to ensure that the workers respirator fits to the individuals face without any leaks. Following the test your'e provided with a certificate with the calculated rate of leakage from within the respirator.
This device is a mobile machine and can be used either at our office in Kambah or we can come to your workplace to save on lost time for workers. Each test take approximately 5 minutes per worker.
